Please note as per Ministry of Manpower guidelines, an employment pass holder can become director of the company only if he holds employment pass issued by that company.
A dependant pass holder can be a director of the company only if he holds Letter of Consent (LOC) sponsored by that company.

    We require following documents from you

    Shareholders and Directors of the proposed Singapore company are required to visit our office. They should carry their NRIC (or passport in case a foreigner is involved).

      For Singapore residents

      For Singapore Citizens, Permanent residents, Employment pass or dependant pass holders should bring their IC

      For a shareholder or director who is foreigner

      Bring your original passport to our office and additionally a proof of residential address.

      For a corporate shareholder

      Certified copy of resolution passed by the parent company confirming its decision to take shareholding in the proposed new company and the details of director to be appointed. Additionally we will also require the certified extracts of the parent company details listing shareholders / directors.

      Process flow : Following steps are involved in this company incorporation process

      Step-1

      Visit our office and provide Company Incorporation Details

      All directors and shareholders need to visit and carry their NRIC / Passport.
      Step-2

      Name reservation and preparation of documents

      We will reserve the name for you and prepare all forms. Your work is over once you sign the forms. Approximately 1 hour of your time will be required in this step.
      Step-3

      Incorporate the company

      We will proceed to incorporate the company. Usually the company is incorporated on the same day. After incorporation we will email all the documents to you.
      Step-4

      Open bank account

      Usually on the next day you can proceed to open the bank account with the bank of your choice.
