Which documents are required for Company incorporation in Singapore
We will need following documents from you to start the incorporation process. Generally, it is a good idea to send scanned copies of all below documents to us (before you plan your visit to Singapore). This way we can go through and advise you if anything is required further.
- Completed Transcend Consulting KYC form (ask us for the form)
- Completed Transcend Consulting company registration form (ask us for the form)
- Scanned copies of passports of all directors / shareholders of proposed new company
- Residential proof of all directors / shareholders (Usually utility bill, phone bill will suffice)
- Clients business profile in his home country (Certificate of incorporation )
- Bank statement issued in the name of business in home country
In addition to above documents, there might be a need for additional documents for your specific case.
